These terms set the rules for using M4uHD (m4uhds.com). By browsing the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
M4uHD is a movie discovery site, not a streaming service
M4uHD lists movies with their release dates, cast, synopsis and official trailer, and publishes articles on the blog. We do not host, upload or stream full movies. Trailers play from their original uploads on YouTube.
Use the site personally and lawfully
You are welcome to browse, search and share links to M4uHD pages. You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass or mislead others
- Copy our written content in bulk or scrape the site with automated tools
- Try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or its servers
- Upload or send malware, spam or phishing content through our forms
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules. You must be at least 13 years old to use M4uHD. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian’s permission.
Posters and trailers belong to their owners; our writing belongs to us
Movie titles, posters, stills and trailers are the property of their studios, distributors and rights holders. We show them to identify and describe each film. The M4uHD name, site design and original text, including synopses and articles, belong to M4uHD and may not be republished without written permission. Short quotes with a link back are fine.
Rights holders can ask us to change or remove content
If you believe something on M4uHD uses your work without permission, email m4uhds@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:
- The work you own and the exact page address where it appears
- Your name, company (if any) and contact details
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised
- A statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or act for the owner
- Your full name as a signature
We review complete notices promptly, usually within 72 hours, and remove or update the material when the claim is valid.
Links to YouTube and other sites follow their own rules
Trailer players and the Watch on YouTube button connect you to YouTube, which has its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to. How embedded trailers handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Release dates and cast lists can change, so check before you plan
We work to keep every movie page accurate, but studios move release dates and update credits. Information is provided as it stands when published, without guarantees. If you spot an error, tell us and we will fix it.
M4uHD is provided as is
To the fullest extent the law allows, M4uHD is not liable for losses that come from using the site, from relying on its information, from interruptions or errors, or from third-party sites you reach through our links. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
These terms follow the laws of California, USA
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country gives you protections that cannot be waived. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
